High resistance ab workouts would include leg raises, knee raises, or hanging raises and raises with ankle weights. The number one rule to gain a flatter, sexier midsection is fat loss. So eat a healthy balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables. The sooner you start this process, the sooner you will begin to see those abs really shape up.
