1. Make a list of what it is that you are wanting for yourself. This is the key you have to know what you want in life before you can start to go after it. You want to sit down right after you read this and write out what you want for yourself in the different areas of your life. What kind of career do you really want, what type of friends, relationships, financial income, vacations etc… Also take the time and write out a list of at least 25 things that you would like to do while you are here on the earth.

3. Start setting some goals for how you want your life to be. The important thing is to make your goal, specific, obtainable, measurable and give it a deadline. Because by giving it a deadline it pushes you to reach it.
4. Now make the plan for your goal. The best thing is to break it down into chunks, small steps. This does 2 things. One it keeps you from getting overwhelmed and two it helps you see where you are along the way.
