Step 3) Delete the following file: av.exe

Do a Windows search for the location of the file.

Step 4) Open msconfig (type in “msconfig” into search field in start menu) and uncheck the following in the start up tab:

Anything that contains the rogue malware name, and anything that is blank or has no name.
