If you’ve ever seen the cover of a fitness magazine, the first thing your eyes were probably drawn to was the ripped set of six pack abs on the fitness models stomach. Lets face it, we all would like to learn how to get a six pack fast at home. Its something every guy dreams about. The sad thing is that only about 5% of guys in the world actually have six pack abs.
Why is this? Is it because they have some huge secret that no one knows about? NO.
The reason is that many guys just don’t know how to get it, or don’t have the motivation or the drive to go out there and get one.
One big misconception about how to get a six pack fast at home is that you have to do hundreds of ab exercises in order to get them.
This is completely FALSE. In fact, ab exercises really don’t help at all when trying get a six pack. The reason for this is that in order to get those washboard abs, you have to burn the fat thats covering them… and ab exercises DO NOT burn fat. They only work your abdominal muscles so that when all the fat is gone, your abs will be bigger.
The only way to get rid of that stomach fat is through proper exercise and dieting. Now don’t let that scare you. Dieting really isn’t as hard as it may seem. It just simply means making healthier food choices, splitting your meals into smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day, and lowering your calorie intake.
As for the exercise, a good balance between weight training and cardio is the best route to take when trying to burn fat. The weight training adds muscle and speeds up your metabolism, while the cardio burns off the excess fat.
