How to Get a 6 Pack- the Best Way to Get 6 Pack Abs

Trying to get a 6 pack can be difficult and frustrating.  Especially when you’re not sure exactly how to get abs.  So, what I’m going to do is share with you some tips on how to get a 6 pack.  That way, you’ll be able to have the best looking abs.

The tips on how to get a 6 pack are:

1.  Do ab exercises.  This is the most obvious way to get abs.  In order for you to get them, you have to workout using the abdominal muscles.  Some exercises that will help you get a 6 pack are crunches, leg lifts, cable crunches, and full crunches.

You should work on your abs two to three times a week.

2.  Eat healthy and frequently.  Eating small, healthy meals frequently will help you get a 6 pack.  Eating frequently will help you burn fat that’s covering your abs up.  There are certain foods that will help speed up the process.

Those foods include eating red apples, grapefruits, lean meat and fish, dark green veggies (broccoli, green beans, dark green salad), nuts, yogurt, and cottage cheese.

3.  Do cardio exercises.  This is another tip on how to get a 6 pack.  Cardio exercises will also help you get rid of your belly fat.  You can do exercises like walking, running, jogging, swimming, taking a fitness class, playing a game of basketball with friends, and riding your bike.

You should do this three to four times a week if you want to see fast results.

4.  Drink plenty of water and green tea.  Drinking a lot of water and green tea will you increase your metabolism, which will help you burn fat that’s on your belly.  So, be sure to drink 8 cups of water a day and 1 cup of green tea.
