The HMR diet gives you something other diet food delivery programs do not: weekly phone coaching. Every week you’ll be on the phone with your coach getting new encouragement, tips and help.

The focus with the coaching is to help you build new healthier habits – so you can easily maintain your weight loss after the diet is done.

While the phone coaching is not mandatory, HMR has found that clients who participate in the coaching actually lose more weight than those who don’t (23 vs 13 pounds).
