Eating healthy at Disney World is by no means impossible, in fact it has become easier with time. Here are a few options for healthy eating at Disney.
You can prepare your own meal by having a few groceries in your room. All Disney hotel rooms come with at least a mini fridge. You can take a look at grocery options on my blog, among other posts!
Though breakfast is the easiest meal to prepare on your own, it is also the easiest meal to eat out and eat healthy. Make breakfast your biggest meal and you will be able to stack up on eggs, fruits, vegetables, etc.
Most Disney food courts and hotel stores have a grab-and-go section where you can buy things such as boiled eggs, salads, veggie wraps, etc. These options can also be found at many of the counter service restaurants throughout the theme parks.
Disney is very generous with portion sizes. Consider purchasing a kids’s meal, (easier on the pockets), or sharing with someone. If you are in room with a microwave, consider taking half of your meal home for lunch tomorrow. Talk about cost effective!
Here are some but definitely not all Healthy Menu Items:
Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe – Veggie Wrap/Burger
Sleepy Hollow Refreshments – Soup of the day
Liberty Square Market – Baked Potatoe
Columbia Harbour House – Garden Salad, Salmon with couscous, Veggie Chili, and other options
Teppan Edo – Hibachi style, try the chicken or fish with veggies

From the perspective of someone who has been to Disney World many times, most restaurants are going to have something that you can eat but the ones listed above are definitely going to have the ones that I listed.
I hope you enjoy your vacation, and I know how important having the right food can be.
