The first exercise you’ll want to consider doing to burn most of that stomach fat down is some crunches. This particular exercise is done, by lying on the ground, and bending your knees into an arch; you’ll then cross your arms over the top of your chest. Make sure that your shoulders are going towards your knees. Squeeze your ab muscles and make sure you exhale as you lift your torso off the ground. The key here is that you need to make sure that you don’t lift your entire body off of the ground. As you are lowering back down to the ground, do not let your head touch the ground, as this will in a way defeat the purpose of the exercise.

Another great 6 pack abs workout is called a “V up”. You will need to be quite flexible to do this exercise, so I would suggest doing some stretching before doing this workout.

With this exercise, you will lie down on the floor, with your hands behind your head, and lift up your legs without bending your knees. You will then bring your hands up to touch your feet, and this is where you will form a “V” shape. If you do this exercise on a regular basis, you will have it down in no time, and the result of great looking abs are sure to be revealed.

When this exercise starts to become easier for you to do, then you will need to add some weights between your feet so that you can continue burning more fat, while at the same time gaining that look that you want.
