There are many foods that build muscle quickly. The trick is to eat the right amounts and combinations of them. The three food groups we will talk about are proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. If you learn to balance these three food components and eat the right amounts of them, you will pack on the must faster than ever before.

Protein – This is important because it is the building block of your muscles. If you don’t supply your body with enough protein, it will not be able to sufficiently build muscle. Fats – Most people believe that fats are evil and will make you fat. While this may be true for some fats, it is not true for all. Your body needs fats to perform many functions, including the production of testosterone. You should stick to mostly monosaturated fats and be sure to completely avoid trans fats. Some good sources of monounsaturated fats are: olive oil, and peanuts.
